Travel Insurance

"Although there is humor in the name, survival beneath the surface often depends on the most unexpected relationships.

In Travel Insurance, a small fish finds protection within the drifting tentacles of a jellyfish. What is extremely dangerous to most becomes a place of refuge, allowing the Trevally to travel through open water with protection few predators are willing to challenge.

I wanted the surrounding darkness to emphasize the vulnerability of that journey, while the illuminated jellyfish becomes almost a moving sanctuary.

Travel Insurance is about adaptation, unlikely partnerships, and the remarkable ways life beneath the surface finds a way to survive."
