The Awakening

Water can lie perfectly still, peaceful and almost motionless, yet on any given day reveal a power that is nearly impossible to comprehend.

That contrast is what inspired The Awakening.

I wanted to capture the moment when tranquility gives way to extraordinary energy. Water, light, and movement converge, creating sweeping forms and shifting colors that transform something familiar into something almost abstract.

What fascinates me is that the power was always there, even when the surface appeared completely calm. We simply couldn't see it.

For me, The Awakening is about the extraordinary forces that exist within nature, often hidden until the moment they reveal themselves.

Stillness does not mean the absence of power. Sometimes, it is simply power waiting to awaken.
